Refund policy
THIS ONLY APPLIES TO ONLINE PURCHASES. IF YOU ARE AT AN IN-PERSON EVENT WITH ME I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. IF SOMETHING NEEDS RETURNED, IT WILL ALWAYS BE EASIER IN PERSON. THNAK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AS ALWAYS.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Understand, "we" or "us" is a one-man team, and I will follow these rules to the best of my ability.
TL;DR
All sales are final with the exception of apparel items. I can only accept a return if the item is severely damaged in transit. Email us with any questions or concerns of course.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at niccydart@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address. Once accepted the address will be provided to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label file, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. All precautions are taken by the artist to ensure the artwork is packaged safely and securely. Exceptions listed below.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, like prints, original art, greeting cards, postcards, bookmarks and stickers. However, if something is severely damaged in transit, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and I will do my best to make it right. Original art can never be replaced. If it is damaged unfortunately there's nothing I can do.
Severely damaged means if the item is ripped or creased across the entire item. That applies to every paper item sold here. Returns will not be accepted if there is a small blemish or if one of the corners is slightly wrinkled. We do everything we can to keep everything safe, but things happen.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
