Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 days (excluding some holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand, "we" or "us" is a one-man team, and sometimes life can get in the way. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping times depend on your location. If you happen to live here in Pittsburgh, you will get your package much faster than if you live much further away. USPS economy shipping is 5-8 business days for domestic delivery. 

Free economy shipping, $50 or over	5-8 business days
$10 flat rate standard shipping	3-4 business days
$40 flat rate express shipping	1-2 business days

 

Local Pickup

Currently this feature is only available to the people that know me personally. Message me and I will have your order ready for you. 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at niccydart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
